Development equity partners contribute an agreed percentage of the land purchase value, with Olea Homes sourcing development finance for the remaining land balance and build costs. This model allows investors to leverage their capital, benefit from a 50% share of post-finance development profit, and rely on Olea Homes' expertise for efficient and transparent project delivery

Landowner Partner

 Landowners offer their land as collateral, maximising its value through development rather than an outright sale. Olea Homes manages the sourcing of build costs finance, ensuring a hassle-free process for landowners. In return, landowners receive a 50% share of the post-finance development profit, resulting in higher returns than a direct land sale. 

Value Add Investment

Partner With Us on Value Add Opportunities

 Our value add approach centers on the targeted purchase of properties priced below their potential market value, which we then enhance through strategic renovations. This strategy not only breathes new life into the property but also elevates its market standing, often resulting in an approximate 20% uplift in its value. 


We utilise bridge financing covering up to 80% of the associated costs to facilitate swift acquisitions and renovations. We're actively seeking investment partners who envision a short-term engagement with substantial returns. By partnering with us, investors can anticipate a 50% return on investment in under a year, capitalising on a proven property development model that merges  

revitalising neighbourhoods while offering strong returns. 


Olea Homes provides our partners with the advantage of receiving a return equivalent to 50% of their initial investment, with the subsequent profit balance being allocated to Olea Homes.
