Commercial Director

Josh Howell holds the position of Commercial Director within our organisation, with a solid background of 17 years as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. His professional portfolio includes significant residential developments. He was integral to the Knights Wood project in Tunbridge Wells, a 650-unit residential development with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of £210 million. He also managed the Freemans Way project in Deal, consisting of 88 houses with a GDV of £28 million. Additionally, he was responsible for the Nutley Dean development in Reigate, a high-spec residential project of 14 houses with a GDV of £14 million. Josh's extensive experience and attention to detail reinforce our team's dedication to quality and precision.

Operations Director

Karl Gleave holds the position of Operations Director at Olea Homes and concurrently serves as a Director of fu3e. Established in 2020, 

 fu3e rapidly scaled from inception to an impressive £2.5m Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). The company specialises in providing real estate software services to funds, developers, and property owners. Prior to this venture, Karl amassed a decade of experience as a Development Manager. His notable projects include the 45 Millharbour development in Isle of Dogs, a 134-unit residential project with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of £45 million   

and the Mosely Gardens Development in Birmingham, overseeing the development of a 67-unit residential development with a GDV of £17 million.  Karl's comprehensive experience and methodical approach underscore our team's commitment to operational excellence and innovation.

Finance & Legal Director

Stacey Verbeeten serves as our Finance & Legal Director, bringing a wealth of experience from her role as Co-Owner and Director of the MV Group. Under her astute leadership, the MV Group has seen the establishment and growth of several subsidiaries: MV Haulage in 2014, MV Concrete in 2018, and MV Grab Hire in 2020. The group has achieved a commendable turnover of £3.4m, testament to Stacey's financial insight and strategic direction. The MV Group specialises in a range of services, including tipper and grab hire, aggregate supply, land reclamation, as well as on-site mixed concrete and screed supply. Stacey's expertise in both finance and legal sectors, combined with her entrepreneurial accomplishments, fortifies our team's capabilities in navigating complex financial and legal landscapes.

Non-Executive Director

Matt Verbeeten holds the position of Non-Executive within our organisation and concurrently serves as Co-Owner and Director of the MV Group. Under his strategic guidance, the MV Group has seen consistent growth with the inception of MV Haulage in 2014, followed by MV Concrete in 2018, and MV Grab Hire in 2020. The group proudly reports a current turnover of £3.4m, a reflection of Matt's leadership and business acumen. Matt's depth of experience and industry knowledge enhances our board's perspective, ensuring we benefit from comprehensive insights and strategic direction.
